Sofia Velocity
Sofia Velocity is the most performance-focused bike we rent. The position is lower, the response is sharper, and very little energy is wasted between your legs and the road. It is aimed at cyclists who already know what they want from a bike and would rather not compromise while travelling.
Why choose Sofia Velocity
Efficient position
A lower, more forward stance that turns effort into speed rather than losing it.
Immediate response
Accelerates the moment you ask it to, which matters at junctions and on climbs.
Holds a high pace
Comfortable sitting at a speed where other rental bikes start to feel strained.
For riders who train
Close enough to your own bike that a week away need not interrupt your routine.
Ride experience
This is the bike to take if your idea of seeing a city involves an early start and a proper effort. It rewards a rider who can hold a cadence, and it makes the long straight stretches out towards the Vitosha foothills genuinely enjoyable rather than a chore.
It asks more of you than the rest of the fleet. In return you get a ride that feels precise instead of merely functional. If you are new to drop-bar riding, one of our city bikes will be the better week.

Who it suits
Sofia Velocity is a specialist choice rather than a default one. It suits visitors who ride regularly at home and want the same feel here, and it is well matched to multi-day rentals where the bike becomes part of the daily routine rather than a one-off excursion.
For long, comfortable road days at a gentler pace, Asphalt Falcon is the better bike. For relaxed sightseeing around the centre, choose Easy Rider or City Rebel.
