Step-by-step rental process
Choose your bike
Start by choosing the bike that best fits your plans. Easy Rider is ideal for relaxed sightseeing, Red Thunder is better for a stronger and more dynamic ride, and Teen Spirit is a lighter option for teenagers, smaller riders, and family routes.
Select hourly or daily rental
Choose an hourly rental if you want to ride for several hours in one day. Choose a daily rental if you want to keep the bike for one or more full days.
Choose your date and time
Pick your rental date and available time slot. Make sure the selected time gives you enough time to pick up, enjoy your ride, and return the bike before the rental period ends.
Complete checkout
Complete your booking online. The payment includes the rental price and a refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned after the bike is returned on time and in good condition.
Receive your access codes
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your pickup PIN, return PIN, chain lock code, bike details, and rental information. You can also view your booking details in your account.
Pick up the bike
Go to the pickup location during your pickup window. Use your pickup PIN to access the bike area, unlock your bike, and use the chain lock code if needed.
Upload pickup photos
Before you start riding, upload clear photos of the bike condition from your customer timeline. This helps document the condition of the bike at pickup.
Enjoy your ride
Explore Sofia at your own pace. Keep the bike secure whenever you stop, follow local traffic rules, and return the bike before your rental period ends.
Return and lock the bike
Return the bike to the correct location during your return window. Lock the bike properly and make sure it is secure before you leave.
Upload return photos
After returning the bike, upload clear photos showing that the bike is locked and showing its condition. This helps us review the return quickly and fairly.
Deposit review and refund
After the bike is returned, we review the return and release the refundable security deposit if everything is in order. Bank and card processing times may vary after the refund is issued.
